Okay, i am not super good at the realism thang yet

Pochi took a pic and made it black and white, she submitted it to her MySpace accunt and i thought i'd give a shot at drawing it

It doesnt exactly look like her though.....

That so looks different from your other style,but I like it,very much!
I can't draw realistic very good.I like the picture,it looks very real!(hm,I think that's the thing people are trying to do when drawing realistic...Duh...*smacks head:XD:*)

Really wonderful use of value. The shading on her face is only just enough. I've always had a problem reaching that happy medium, but you do it quite well.

A suggestion that my art teacher gave my class is to treat hair as individual locks rather than individual strands. Let it all flow together. You have a bit of that going on and it really helps^^. Also, you may want to try some highlights on the hair to make it more 3D. We already know you're good at that.

The eye is really beautiful. I can tell you spent a lot of time there. While I would have liked to see a darker pupil to create more focus, it's still very accurate.

You may want to take a look at the mouth again. The top lip looks just fine, but the bottom is turned toward us and it doesn't look quite right.

Really wonderful, though. It makes me wanna start sketching haha.
